This is a blog that is just honest about the fact that our health is complicated. What works for someone doesn’t necessarily work for others. In fact sometimes what is beneficial to someone is harmful for another and vice versa. So we need to understand our bodies and arm ourselves with information. There’s no sure thing but at the same time we are in charge of our health, not our doctors. Trust yourself and what your body is telling you.
